1. With 2-3 years of work experience as a hardware engineer, familiar with schematic diagrams and Pcb

2. Hardware FAE experience is preferred.

3. Experience in ESD and TVS protection devices is preferred. Have an understanding of EMI and ESD.

4. Have certain hands-on ability and be able to solder 0402 packaged components.

5. Have certain expression and communication skills, and be good at dealing with customer engineers.
