3. 对人选进行初步筛选并得到其基础信息和简历授权

4. 评估并回应每一个特定客户或任务的要求

5. 建立人脉以累积商业资讯，进而转为商业机会

1. Based on customer needs, draw talent portraits, list target companies, and master the use of recruitment websites proficiently

2. Find suitable candidates and outline to them the job opportunities offered by the client

3. Conduct preliminary screening of candidates and obtain authorization from their basic information and resumes

4. Assessing and responding to the needs of each and every client in order to provide outstanding and timely service clear

5. Build connections to accumulate business information, which can then be turned into business opportunities.

任职要求「We are looking for」：

1. 每周至少4-5天，3个月及以上或长期可优先考虑，无专业限制；

2. 拥有较好的沟通能力、逻辑能力、抗压能力、自驱力。对于快节奏，结果导向的工作环境有较强的兴趣和热情。

3. 加分项：可将英语作为主要的工作语言，能够基本无障碍和外国人选交流及工作。

1. Provide suggestions to job seekers, promote the most appropriate decision-making solutions, and maintain a database of job seekers;

2. Assessing and responding to the needs of each and every client in order to provide outstanding and timely service clear

4. Managing the whole candidate process from sourcing to offer stage and beyond

5. Offering consultative CV and interview advice to candidates

6. Build connections to accumulate business information, which can then be turned into business opportunities.
